Our institute is in the process of implementing HRS4R (the Human Resources Strategy for Researchers), a firm commitment to promoting excellence in human resources management in research, in line with the principles of the European Charter for Researchers and the Code of Conduct.
On December 9, 2024, INFLPR received confirmation of the acceptance of the endorsement letter resubmitted to the European Commission regarding the 20 principles of the European Charter for Researchers and the Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers.
A case was opened under the number 2024RO298739.
The documents related to the initial phase of the process were submitted in December 2025.
