Four the work packages (WP) the project's aim the specific objectives (OS), as follows:

• WP1: Sources, systems and laser or plasma for the fabrication of advanced devices for emerging technologies.
• OS1.1: the Development of manufacturing technology in the additive and subtractive source for laser and plasma
• WP2: innovation Technologies of production for the energy of the future, for the achievement of sustainable development.
• OS2.1: quality control for the power generation/transfer/storage of energy based on the innovative technology of laser/plasma/radiation in a shift towards environment-friendly solutions, and the impact of climate
• OS2.2: the Development of mathematical models and methods for the control of the operating parameters for the systems for the production and storage of energy
• PL3: an integrated system and advanced technology to improve the quality of your life.
• OS3.1: advanced Technologies for the fabrication of laser devices to the medical implant

The results of the aim to develop the models, theoretical, and experimental solution to the validation of the manufacturing know-how, products, and services. Target (T), and the results that we are grouped together, as follows:

• Expected results

The results of the project will pursue three goals: i) to excellence in science, ii) the performance of the industry and iii) the 'societal challenges'. The results of the estimates are collected in the scheme of the embodiment, and are associated with the phases of the project. For the period of the 2023-2026, indicators, measurements are proposed for the verification of the results of the estimates are:

Added to this are:

• Întărirea echipelor de cercetare-dezvoltare prin stimularea dezvoltării abilitaților specialiștilor existenți și cooptarea de noi cercetători în cadrul institutului;
• • Întărirea capacității echipelor de cercetare-dezvoltare de participare la proiecte internaționale, în special la programele Europene, continuarea și dezvoltarea de proiecte cu parteneri internaționali, pentru activități de cercetare și dezvoltare de servicii/tehnologii/produse noi;

In addition, the project will also create opportunities for the professional development of young people involved in the implementation of the project and helps to develop the human resources of the research. The obtained results may lead to the issues of the modern works of the masters, and doctoral levels. It will aim to attract a targeted group of partners in the scientific and business (with a preference to those who have expressed an interest in the research directions of the project) in order to build partnerships, and the potential for companies that are interested in taking over the patent in order to obtain the rights to use it.
