According to the invention, the method comprises the COlaser pyrolysis with ignition in volume from silane/acetylene, with the laser beam focused at a convenient geometry and a power density required by the synthesis, or combined with linear ignition with low-power COlaser, after which the synthesis is achieved with a micrometric solid-state laser: with active fibre, disc, diode, fibre-disc laser, with multiple passage of the solid-medium laser beam through the reaction zone, to result in SiC nanoparticles/nanostructures with about 300 dimensional structures.
